Indoor Air Quality is an increasing health concern; Indoor  air can be as much as 12 times more polluted than outside air in some areas, due  to compounds in paints, furnishings, clothing, and building materials.

Do not be frightened, get some plants! Research shows that many common houseplants and blooming potted plants can improve your health by helping to fight these pollutants in your home. The ability of plants to remove chemicals from the air is called phytoremediation. Houseplants/indoor plants do more than just beauty your indoor space. Research show that keeping plants inside your home can bring a host of physical and mental health benefits. We probably know  that plants converts carbon dioxide into oxygen. Oxygen affects every part of our body  and mind, and making sure that we get quality air is essential to our well-being.
